Hi! I’m Mrs. Farrington and will also be your child’s first grade teacher! How cool is that? They get TWO teachers ALL DAY!

My family and I live in Franklinville, which is a small town about 30 minutes from Fillmore. I have two sons- Aeden is 22 and Tyrnan is 18 and a SENIOR this year! We also have two German Shorthaired Pointers - Remington is 12 and Kimber is 4.

I am headed into my 25th year of teaching, with a range of experience from PreK, 1st and 2nd grades, as well as Special Education and Behavioral Consultant for Kindergarten-2nd grades. I am over the moon to be back in the classroom this year after 3 years in other roles at the school.

In my free time I love spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, playing with my dogs, and gardening. I also adore getting lost in a good book. My love for learning has me listening to many Podcasts during my drives to and from work.
