• Welcome!

My name is Desiree Lyman, and this year I will be teaching an advanced 8th grade course as well as the 11th grade English curriculum.  The 2020-2021 school year will be the start of my seventh year of teaching at Fillmore Central School.  A little information about me: I grew up in Belmont and moved to Belfast after receiving my English 7-12 degree at SUNY Fredonia.  Once employed by Fillmore CS in the fall of 2014, I began working towards a MSEd in Differentiated Instruction (Students with Disabilities) with an extension in Gifted Education.  After this degree was earned and with more time on my hands, I have had the opportunity to stay after school with students and coach softball.  Please feel free to email me with any questions you have about the following at dlyman@fillmorecsd.org
