I have the best job in the world and can't imagine anything better than spending the day with 36 little people who are immensely full of potential, energy and fun! Sometimes its exhausting, but ALWAYS it is rewarding and so very fun!  We laugh every day and truly listening to these kiddos restores your faith in human-kind and reminds you of how to enjoy all things simple! 

I trust you will be amazed at how your child grows and learns throughout this year. Each child is unique, delightful and special. I look forward to learning about each of these joyful little ones. Thanks for trusting them to our care for part of the day! 

I earned my college degree at Houghton, was first certified in NJ and taught there for several years, stayed home while my sons were young, and returned to the classroom locally at Valley PreSchool. After serving as their director/teacher for 10 years, I applied for NY certification and earned my masters degree at St. Bonaventure while teaching here at Fillmore. I have also, since the age of 12, taught many children in Sunday school, VBS, kids clubs and tee ball. This varied experience helps me be generally unfazed by the variety of personalities I get to enjoy each year!

In my personal life, i have proudly raised three sons (now in their 20s and early 30s) who all attended Fillmore Central. I have grown to love my sweet daughter-in-law and have had numerous "add-on" kids live at our home for part of their high school or college years.  our sons all currenlty live in California so we visit as often as we can, especially since we have a grandson there as well!
