Raising a Strong and Healthy Baby - Week2

Did you know... It is recommended to limit time in swings and infant seats???

  • Why?
    • To prevent the back of your baby's head from developing flat spots.
    • Your baby is also missing out on seeing your face and hearing your voice, which is so important!
    • He/she is not able to kick their arms and legs, lift their head, or move their muscles, so their muscles will not get strong.
  • How much time is ok?: Aim for 2 hours or less per day, and 15 minutes or less at a time.
